Hi Everyone,

We would just like to let everyone know, that this Saturday, November 14, 2015, we will be hosting the Grand Opening of our new location at 200 North Water Street. It’s a free event, and we’d love for everyone to join us that day from 12pm-5pm!

This family friendly event features live music from Peekskill’s own Phineas and the Lonely Leaves, fitness demonstrations, a 50/50 raffle for $600 worth of Hudson Valley restaurant gift cards, along with games and activities for kids! Local food is provided by Firehouse Grille and Kathleen’s Tea Room, with beer and wine from Bertoline & Sons.

Special guests include former pro fighters Keith Mullings, Richard Burton, Iran Barkley, and Mark Breland. Yonkers-raised hip hop artist Styles P (co-writer of some of the biggest rap songs of the ‘90s) will be on hand to sign autographs, while YouTube workout sensation Bartendaz (including founder Giant) will be on hand to demonstrate their unique style of acrobatic strength exercises.

The new 7500-square-foot gym (one of the largest boxing facilities in Westchester) boasts a Mixed Martial Arts cage, two boxing rings, training equipment, and certified trainers and boxing coaches on hand. The gym offers boxing, conditioning and various marital art classes as well as on-on-one coaching, but the real heart of the gym is with the kids! One of our biggest goals is to empower and enrich the lives of children in the community through fitness. The children’s boxing class works to instill physical prowess, self-discipline, sportsmanship and conflict resolution skills while fostering a true sense of community.

We hope to see you this Saturday!
